We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Control Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic control devices to ensure safe travel around construction sites, roadwork zones, and other work areas. The ideal candidate will follow all state and local regulations while ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists.

- Set up and remove traffic control devices, including signs, barricades, and cones
- Direct traffic using hand signals and flagging techniques
- Communicate effectively with crew members and the public to ensure safety
- Monitor work zones and adjust setups as needed
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
